ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DN/HP/SG-40/50/60
RIGHT END FRAME
STEP-I
Unpack, inspect and lay the parts on a clean, flat, soft surface to avoid marring the wood.
NOTE: During assembly of furniture please match joints with the corresponding letters or
numbers stamped near the joints.
STEP-II
Carefully lay the END FRAME with the stamps on a clean, flat surface and fit
the BACK tenons into the END FRAME mortise holes as shown. If
necessary, gently rock the BACK while pushing the tenons into the mortise
holes until joints fit snugly together.
STEP-III
Place SEAT against END FRAME as shown on assembly photo and insert
back center SEAT support tenon into bottom rail of BACK mortise hole.
STEP-IV
Place FRONT SEAT RAIL tenon into end frame mortise hole (make sure
rounded edge of FRONT SEAT RAIL is facing up). Place center SEAT
support tenon into FRONT SEAT RAIL mortise hole.
