STEP 2: Turn spreader upside-down on to the hopper. STEP 3: Ensure that the axle bushings are pushed into the axle bearings on both sides as shown above.

TIGHTEN BOLTS AND NUTS NOW. Step 6: (This step is only required if you want to change the position of the handles).
