WEIGHING
• Place the scale on a hard, even floor.
• Stand with your bare feet in the middle of the scale, as shown in the Fig. 1.
• Your weight will appear on the display and flash.
• The scale switches off automatically after a few seconds.
BODY PARAMETERS MEASUREMENT
• Set personal data according to the instructions above.
• Wait until 0.0 kg (lb, st) appears on the display.
• Stand with your bare feet on the metal bars and wait, the body parameters are being measured.
• Body parameters gradually start to appear on the display.
• The parameters are measured using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

To clean the surface of the appliance, use only a damp cloth, no detergents or hard objects, as they can damage the
surface of the appliance!
Never clean the appliance under running water, do not rinse it or immerse it in water!
Store the appliance in a dry place!
SERVICE
Extensive maintenance or repair, which requires access to internal parts of the product, has to be performed by
a qualified specialist or the service centre.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS

• Packaging materials and old appliances should be recycled.
• Packaging materials may be disposed of as sorted waste.
• Dispose the plastic bags made of polyethylene (PE) of as sorted waste.

household waste disposal or the shop, where you purchased the appliance.
Disposal of batteries and power supplies
If the appliance contains an accumulator or a battery cell, these components contain substances which may be harmful
to the environment when disintegrated. Before disposing of the appliance or replacing the accumulator or the battery
cell, it is necessary to remove the original component and hand over to a suitable collection point.

Accumulator or battery cell:
• Do not throw into a fire!
• Never disassemble!
• Never shorten the wires!
If leakage occurs when the accumulator is damaged, the electrolyte is of an alkaline character. If the electrolyte gets on
your skin, wash it gently with soap and water and seek medical attention.

product.
