  • Page 7 Step 4 Separate the 2 x slide runners (H19-2) and slide tracks (H19-1) from the slides (H19) by following the steps below: You will need Extend the slide runner (H19-2) all the way out. Press down the plastic release lever on the slide and pull out the slide runner (H19-2) completely.

  • Page 9 Step 7 You will need (P4) 4 x Large Cam Flat Head Nuts (H2) Screwdriver (P3) (P2) Position side panels (P3, P4) onto bottom panel (P2) as shown. Insert 4 x large cam nuts (H2) into side panels (P3, P4). Rotate the cam nuts so the arrow faces incoming cam bolts.

  • Page 13 Step 16 Ensure the pre-drilled holes on drawer panels (P8, P9) align with the holes on (P10). (P10) You will need (P9) Phillips Head 4 x Screws Screwdriver 38mm (H17) (P8) Attach drawer back (P10) to assembled drawer with 4 x screws (H17), using a phillips head screwdriver as shown. Please fasten the screws through these holes for this step.
  • Page 14 Step 19 Move inner ball bearing track to front of slide track (H19-1). Gently insert drawer slide runner (H19-2) in between the ball bearing tracks. H19-1 H19-2 Position drawer so that slide runners (H19-2) align with slide tracks (H19-1) as shown. Gently push drawer into the closed position.

You will need (P1) 1 x Flat 1 x Screw Washer (H9) 25mm (H14) 1 x Wall Strap Phillips Head (H13) Screwdriver Fix 1 x wall strap (H13) to top panel (P1) with 1 x screw (H14) and 1 x flat washer (H9) as shown, using a phillips head screwdriver.
