order of assembly to create this specific set.
• Start by assembling the Lexington tower. Instructions and hard-
ware are in the cartons noted at left.
• Wait to install the access ladder, slide, and wall slats.
• Lex step 7. Do not install the safety rail. It is not needed.
• Lex step 8. Do not install the angle braces. The braces will not fit
with the clubhouse panels.
• Lex step 15. No Swing Mount is needed.
After completing the tower except access ladder, slide, and wall
slats:
• Assemble and install the Dormer (SM963-402) in the position
shown.
• Install the Gable Fans (SM964-402).
• Install the 9ft Swing Beam. Instructions are in carton 63060-222.
• Install the Play Floor (SC910-800Q).
• Install the Clubhouse panels (40456-402, 40459-402, 40460-402)
in the positions shown.
• Install the Rock Climbing Wall (AH201-102Q) on the back of the
tower.
