- Page 3 Place the Beam (F) on the ground with the holes for the Swing Hangers face up. Place the Beam approximately 90" from the side of the gym with the Swing Mount. Carefully follow the instruction included with the Swing Hang- ers to install the Swing Hangers in the positions shown. 90" STEP THREE - Block Assembly Fasten Side Block One (D), Center Block (C), and Side Block Two (E) to the Beam at the gym end as shown. Use one 1/2 x 10" Hex Bolts, two 1/2" Flat Washers, and one Nylon Lock Nut for each connection. - Page 4 Swing Beam. STEP FIVE - Secure Brackets Adjust the legs so they project 90° out from the Beam. Align the holes in the HD Angle Brackets with the pre-drilled holes in the Beam. Secure the Brackets to the Beam using four 5/16 x 2-1/2" Lag Screws and four 5/16" Flat Washers. - Page 6 Blocks, Legs and Angle Braces. Make sure the end of the Bolts protrude through the Lock Nuts approximately two threads. STEP ELEVEN - Secure Beam Retainer Secure the Beam Retainer and L-Brace to the Swing Mount using 3/8 x 3-1/2" Hex Bolt Assemblies. Tighten all three Bolts securing the Beam to the Swing Mount.
