Replace T type clutch kit with Air clutch

Seal Gen2 9.5/12.5

Using a 4mm Allen wrench, remove

the four M5 socket head cap

screws holding the brake cover to

the gear housing.

Using a 3mm Allen wrench, loosen

the M6 socket set screw securing

the clutch T-handle threads in the

gear housing.

Remove the T-handle from the gear

housing.

Page 1 Replace T type clutch kit with Air clutch Seal Gen2 9.5/12.5 Using a 4mm Allen wrench, remove the four M5 socket head cap screws holding the brake cover to the gear housing. Using a 3mm Allen wrench, loosen the M6 socket set screw securing the clutch T-handle threads in the gear housing.
Page 2 Seal Gen2 9.5/12.5 Make sure the 32mm jam nut is threaded to the top of the threads of the air clutch assembly (PN: 883036). Thread the air clutch assembly completely into the gear housing. Rotate the air clutch assembly counter clockwise to locate the air port in the desired orientation.
Page 3 Seal Gen2 9.5/12.5 Reinstall the brake cover and secure using the four M5 socket head cap screws removed in step 1 using a 4mm Allen wrench. When installation is complete, the position of air clutch is shown as picture. COMEUP Industries Inc.
