3 Zweckbestimmung
Die Instrumente werden in folgenden Fachgebieten
eingesetzt:
Urologie:
• 27072x, 27072xx, 27072xxx:
Die Fasszange dient zum Fassen und Entfernen von
Gewebe/Fremdkörpern (z. B. Steinfragmente) aus der
Blase und der Urethra. Die Biopsiezange dient zur
Gewebebiopsiegewinnung aus der Blase und Urethra
zur histologischen Untersuchung. Die Schere dient zum
Schneiden/Durchtrennen von Gewebe des Ureterostium
und/oder der Blase. Die Instrumente werden in den Schaft
eingeführt und dienen ebenfalls der Konnektierung von
Optik und Schaft. Fass-/PE-Biopsiezangen/Scheren sind
zur vorübergehenden Anwendung bei natürlich invasiven
bzw. chirurgisch invasiven Eingriffen bestimmt.

3 Intended use
The instruments are intended for use in the following
specialties:
Urology:
• 27072x, 27072xx, 27072xxx:
The grasping forceps are used to grasp and remove
tissue/foreign bodies (e.g., calculus fragments) from
the bladder and urethra. The biopsy forceps are used
to harvest tissue biopsies from the bladder and urethra
for histological examination. The scissors are used to
cut/separate tissue from the orifice of ureter and/or the
bladder. The instruments are inserted into the sheath
and also serve to connect the telescope and sheath.
The grasping/biopsy forceps/scissors are designed
for transient use in naturally or surgically invasive
interventions.

Instrumenty te są wykorzystywane w następujących
obszarach:

Kleszcze chwytające są używane do chwytania i
usuwania tkanek/ciał obcych (np. fragmentów kamieni)
z pęcherza moczowego i cewki moczowej. Kleszcze
biopsyjne służą do pozyskiwania biopsji tkanek
z pęcherza i cewki moczowej w celu przeprowadzenia
badania histologicznego. Nożyce są używane do
cięcia/przecinania tkanki moczowodu i/lub pęcherza
moczowego. Instrumenty są wkładane do płaszcza i
służą również jako łącznik optyki i płaszcza. Kleszcze
chwytające/biopsyjne oraz nożyce są przeznaczone do
krótkotrwałego stosowania w zabiegach przez naturalne
otwory ciała lub wytworzone podczas interwencji
chirurgicznych.
