2.1.4. CHECK CONFLICTS

A conflict is caused, if more than two programmes are set for recording in the same time interval or if
two reminders have the same starting time (For more information, please refer to section 2.1.7.). In the
EPG menu, press OK. In the following window, select the option "Check Conflicts" and press again
OK. You will enter the "Too Many Timers" window.

2.1.5. SET REMINDER / DELETE REMINDER

In EPG menu, after you have selected a programme, press OK and select the "Set Reminder" option
in the menu which appears and press OK again. You can set a reminder for future programs.
To cancel an already set reminder, highlight that programme and press OK and select the option
"Delete Reminder". The reminder will be cancelled.

2.1.6. SPLIT RECORD

If you select a programme to be recorded, with this feature, if there is another part of the programme
available, it will also be set automatically to be recorded. For example in the following picture you see
the programme with a red underline and the following episode is also underlined. To perform this
function, you only have to press RECORD once.
Note: Split programme information is broadcasted by the broadcaster.
If the "Split Record" feature is unavalaible, this is not a fault with your unit.
A programme may consist of multiple events as signalled by the broadcaster (for example, a film
divided into two parts by a news programme would be three events). Broadcaster Signalling carried in
the data allows the recorder to identify and record the events containing the parts of a single
programme.
If the DTR does not show the split record option and just sets the single record for any programme,
the programme has no identified split record data sent by Broadcaster.
The split record function is not always available.
