This procedure is used to measure the insertion loss and return loss of
passive cavities using the Spectrum Analyzer/Tracking Generator
option. The cavities are tuned to the desired pass frequency and band-
pass/insertion loss. Once properly tuned, insertion loss and return loss
are measured. Return loss can be converted into VSWR.
