2) CARDIO workout
The CARDIO workout is designed to maintain user's heart rate at 75% of the theoretical maximum for optimal results promoting
cardiovascular improvement. This workout makes the bike resistance level automatically adjusted to take the heart rate to the
pre-selected level and keep it constantly throughout the workout. For this workout, user has to wear a heart rate strap.

1. Press the CARDIO button on the control board.
CARDIO
2. Input age.
INPUT AGE
Input your age using +/- buttons and press "ENTER".
3. Select workout target.
WORKOUT TARGET
Select one of three workout targets
4. Input target value.
TARGET VALUE
Input target value using +/- buttons.
Default values are 30 minutes for TIME, 100Kcal for CALORIES and
10Km for DISTANCE.
5. Press START.
START
Press START to begin your workout.
Display Console for elliptical with FND
After your workout, workout summary is
displayed for 30 seconds.
