- Page 2 Innova Co-48 - Base Stand Assembly Instructions 1) Remove components from packaging. 2) Identify Base Stand, Feet, M10 Lock - Nuts and Washers. M10 Washer x 4 Foot x 4 M10 Lock - Nut x 4 Base Stand x 1 3) Assemble Lock - nuts and washers to feet, making sure that the nut is placed before the washer (shown below).
- Page 3 5) Turn base right way up and place on feet. Adjust height if necessary 6) Place the base stand in desired location and check that it is stable. If it is not stable then adjust the height of the feet with a spanner until rock is eliminated. 7) With the help of a second person place a MiniGalaxy incubator onto base-stand making sure that the feet are located in the embossed areas (shown below).
- Page 4 Top Stand Bracket Assembly Instructions 8) Identify Top Stand Bracket, M8x16 Button Head Screws, Anti-Slip rubber pads (supplied with MiniGalaxy) and Hex Key. Anti-Slip Pads x 4 Top Stand M8x16 Button Hex Key Bracket x 1 Head Screw x 6 5mm AF 9) Remove the black blanking plug from either side of the bottom incubator.
- Page 5 12) Slide the Top Stand Bracket forward until the slots locate on the screws (shown below). 13) Partially screw the remaining M8x16 Button Head Screws into the threaded holes in the rear of the bottom incubator (shown below). M8x16 Button Head Screw 14) Fully tighten the four screws on the rear of the incubator followed by the sides.
- Page 6 15) Attach the 4-off Anti Slip pads to the feet of the top incubator. 16) With the help of a second person, place the remaining MiniGalaxy on the Top Stand Bracket by sliding it in from the front (Shown Below). 17) Adjust the height of the feet on the top MiniGalaxy to prevent any rock on the unit.
