- Page 5 IMPORTANT: The only indicator of battery failure is the failure of the switch internal clock to keep the correct time across a reboot or power cycle. If a battery failure occurs, contact your authorized Aruba representative for assistance. Batteries are not customer-serviceable and battery failures should be referred only to service personnel authorized by Aruba.
