and parmesan cheese, chopped parsley together.

Crush shallot, pepper seed, ginger together, add
shrimp paste. Add water and Pounded spices in
bowl, Put them in oven and cook. When the beep,
seasoning with tamarind juice, fish sauce, bean
paste and add mackerel. Put them in oven and
press start. Sprinkle with spring onion. Serve.
