Step 1
You will need
4 x Short Bolts
(H1)
1 x Allen Key
(H3)
Insert 4 x
short
bolts (H1) into the bottom holes of the headboard (P1) and footboard (P2) using
the allen key (H3). Do not fully tighten the bolts and leave a gap of 5mm as shown.
Step 2
You will need
4 x Short Bolts

1 x Allen Key

4 x Long Bolts
(H2)

6 x Hex Nuts
(H4)
1 x Spanner
(H5)
2 x Large Medium
Bolts
(H10)

Attach the 2 x side rails (P3) to the headboard (P1) and footboard (P2).
Slot the side rails onto the bolts as shown and insert 4 x short bolts (H1) into the top
holes with the allen key (H3).
Attach the cross bars (P4 ) onto the 2 x side rails (P3) using 4 x long bolts (H2)
and 4 x hex nuts (H4).
Attach the cross bar (P7 ) onto the 2 x side rails (P3) using 2 x Large Medium bolts
(H10) and 2 x hex nuts (H4).
Tighten with the allen key (H3) and spanner (H5) as shown. Now fully tighten all bolts.
