Thank you for buying a piece of furniture Treated properly it should be a faithful servant for years - and we hope you get the same amount of pleasure from it. - Page 5 Make the units Orientate the parts and make two carcasses, Left and right Once the fittings are aligned, tighten the cams and slot the back in place Left hand carcass Right hand carcass Fit the carcass centre 4 x large cam pins Locate the pins into the holes seen on the middle panels.
- Page 6 Fit the middle piece 4 x Large cams slot the middle panel onto the cam pins and rotate to tighten Make the bed (two people) 8 x short bolts 1.5cm, 4 fat screws, 4 x feet and 4 x 3.5cm bolts Place the carcass roughly in position.
- Page 7 Fit the hinge plates 4 x hinge plates Slot facing out of the carcass Fit the doors leafs 4 x Hinges Fix the hinges into the large holes on each door and screw in place.
- Page 8 Fit the doors Slip the hinges onto the hinge plates (see image) tighten down and adjust. Rotate the rear screw to lock the hinge to the hinge plate Rotate the front screw inwards and outwards to adjust the door Fit the mattress base 34 x 3cm screws Spread out the mattress base on the bed ensuring that the end slat is tight to the bed ends.
- Page 9 Fit the shelf Insert 4 x studs into the holes seen in the middle of the bed carcass. Gently lower the shelf onto the studs. Make the drawer 4 x Small Cams and 4x small cam pins. Fix 4 small cam pins into the drawer front. Insert 4 small cams into each drawer side .left and right (see image for orientation) Gently slide the drawer sides over the cam pins, inserting the drawer base at the same time (this helps with alignment)
- Page 10 Make the drawer 4 x 3.5cm screws Align the drawer back so that the end dowels engage into the holes in each drawer side. Once aligned, press the two drawer sides together to form the box. Insert 2 x screws into each drawer side and rotate to tighten.
