Care of your Product Welcome Parts Check List Thank you for buying the Simple desk. Before beginning assembly, please take a few minutes to read these instructions. Lay the parts out on a clean, soft, flat surface (such as a carpeted floor) and compare with the parts check list on the next page. - Page 3 3. Prepare the Back Panel. Assembly You need: 3x Cams. 1. Prepare the Left and Right Drawer Unit Sides. Carefully place the back panel on a soft level surface with the majority of the holes facing upwards. Fit 3x cams You need: 6x Cams, 8x Large Cam Pins, 12 x Dowels, 4x Feet and a Screwdriver.
- Page 4 7. Fit the remaining Drawer Unit Side. 5. Prepare the Top. You need: A Screwdriver. You need: 10x Large Cam Pins and a Screwdriver. Carefully lower the remaining drawer unit side onto the assembly ensuring that all cam pins, dowels and back Carefully place the top on a soft level surface with the holes facing upwards.
- Page 5 11. Prepare the Drawer Front. 9. Fit the Back panel and Side Panel (Option B). You need: 2x Small Cam Pins and a Screwdriver. You need: 2x Bolts (32mm), 2x Sleeve Nuts an 2x Allen keys and a Screwdriver. Carefully rest the drawer front on a soft level surface with the holes and groove facing upwards. Screw 2 x small PLEASE NOTE: This stage of the assembly shows the drawer unit positioned on the right (orientation cam pins into the smaller holes in the drawer front as shown below.
- Page 6 15. Fitting the Door Stop and Hinges. Cont. Insert the drawer base ensuring that it is correctly located into the grooves on the drawer sides. Slide the base down so that it engages into the grooves on the drawer front. The base must be orientated with the curved ‘cutouts’ You need: 1x Door Stop, 2x Screws (15mm), 2x Hinges and 2x Mounting Plates.
