Technical Information
Cause:
The condensate pump (M13) is defective.
Remedy:
Check the condensate pump in the component test; refer to Section 090-4.3.
Cause:
Short circuit in the condensate float switch (B8/7).
Remedy:
Check the condensate float switch (B8/7): Check the reed contact at the
condensate float switch for a short circuit. Check both the float and the
magnet.
Note:
To delete this fault indication, open and close the door with the dryer
switched on.

"Filter/Vent" LED Lights Up

Symptom:
Normal program cycle.
Fault display at the end of the cooling air phase.
Insufficient-air detection; refer to Section 090-2.7.
Cause:
Air paths are clogged.
Remedy:
1. Vented and condenser dryers: Clean the air paths.
2. Clean and dry the door lint filter.
3. Vented dryers only: Clean the vent grille.
4. Condenser dryers only: Clean and dry the fill-ring lint filter.
5. Condenser dryers only: Clean the heat exchanger.
Cause:
"Filter/Vent" LED is displayed prematurely.
Remedy:
Modify the "Filter/Vent" LED indication; refer to Section 090-2.1.6 or the
operating instructions.
Note:
To delete this fault indication, open and close the door with the dryer
switched on.

All LEDs Flash/Demo Mode Active

Symptom:
No program start; access to programming or service mode is not possible.
Cause:
Demo mode is active.
Remedy:
To deactivate the demo mode, refer to Section 090-4.2.
