7. Remove the seat from
chair.
9. Carefully slide the seat link
bushing from the seat depth
mechanism and set aside.
Repeat for opposite side.

8. While compressing the
seat depth mechanism push
the bushing insert from the
outside to remove.
10. Using a T27 torx bit remove
the two screws from the
seat depth mechanism.
