Filling the heating system
4. Fill the heating system via boiler drain & fill valve
A in the heating return (depending on the connec-
tion set either on the side or above the boiler). Min-
imum system pressure > 1.0 bar (0.1 MPa).
Note
If the control unit was not switched on prior to filling
the system, then the servomotor of the diverter
valve will still be in its central position and the sys-
tem will be completely filled.
Activating the filling function
Tap the following buttons:
1. "Menu"
2. "Service"
3. Enter "viservice" password.

5. If the control unit was already on before filling:
switch the control unit ON and activate the filling
function (see next chapter). Then switch the control
unit OFF again.
6. Close boiler drain & fill valve

6. Activate the filling function with "Yes".
The filling function ends automatically after 20 min
or when you tap OK.
1. The lever on valve
2. Open the on-site DHW supply and a DHW draw-off
point.
3. Once air stops coming out of the DHW draw-off
point, the DHW cylinder is completely filled.
