EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not extend to:
•
Damage or deterioration after delivery from the manufacturer not attributable to defective material or
workmanship.
•
Any goods after they have been altered or repaired other than by the manufacturer's employees or its
agents in each case authorized in writing by the manufacturer to affect the specific alteration or repair to
those specific goods.
•
Any equipment or machinery of any kind furnished by the buyer, or belonging to, or acquired from third
parties at the buyer's request, or supplied, or made to the buyer's specifications.
•
Any goods which have sustained damage or deterioration due to encounters with foreign objects for which
the product is not intended, inadequate or faulty assembly, improper or inadequate maintenance, neglect,
or abuse. Examples of foreign objects for rotary cutters include stones, iron, and any material other than
grass or brush.
•
Normally wearing parts, (e.g. blades, blade bolts, skid shoes, tires, slip clutch linings, picker teeth,
sprockets, roller chain, etc.)
•
Damage to components of the FLX1510 Flex Arm, when hooked to any non-Schulte product.
•
Shop supplies such as the use of tools, oil or grease used in the repair or replacement of a warrantable
part or component.
EXTENDED COVERAGE FOR NON-COMMERCIAL USE (Applies to Rotary Cutters only)
For models XH1500, XH1000, FX1800, and FX1200 Cutters.
Extended pro-rated gearbox warranty, extending to sixty (60) months as noted below:
•
1st year - full warranty (parts and labor).
•
2nd year - 75% warranty on replacement gearbox parts only.
•
3rd and 4th year - 50% warranty on replacement gearbox parts only.
•
5th year - 25% warranty on replacement gearbox parts only.
For models FX315, FX520, 5026, FX530, FX742, V1280, 326, 327, 3008, and 3210 Cutters, as well as FLX1510
Flex Arms.
Extended pro-rated gearbox warranty, extending to thirty six (36) months, as noted below:
•
1st year - full warranty (parts and labor).
•
2nd year - 75% warranty on replacement gearbox parts only.
•
3rd year - 50% warranty on replacement gearbox parts only.
Note: Extended gearbox warranty does not apply if damage or deterioration is sustained due to encounters with
foreign objects for which the product is not intended, improper or inadequate maintenance, neglect, or abuse.

All correspondence from the dealer/customer to the manufacturer beyond the warranty claim shall be by letter,
email or fax addressed to the attention of:
