To fold/unfold the Vertical Harrow, find a
level area large enough to accommodate the
Vertical Harrow when it is fully unfolded. The
tractor should be stopped and not moving
with the unit fully raised. Remove the wing
lock pins from the mounts and install them in
the storage locations (See Figures 4-5 and
4-6).
IMPORTANT
FAILURE TO REMOVE THE LOCK PINS WHEN
UNFOLDING WILL RESULT IN SERIOUS DAM-
AGE TO THE IMPLEMENT. BE SURE OTHER
PEOPLE AND PETS ARE A SAFE DISTANCE
AWAY.

Slowly engage the tractor lever and
fold/unfold the wing frames. When the wings
are unfolded, continue holding the tractor le-
ver to fully extend all fold cylinders. This will
allow the wings to fully flex in the field.

When the unit is fully folded, remove the
wing lock pins from the storage location and
install in the mounts provided on each side
of the machine.
