answering system menu of the deskset.

Review, add or delete directory entries. Pages 45-49
Review, delete call history entries, or
copy an entry to directory.
Set ringer volume and ring tone for an
incoming call.
Set LCD contrast, key tone, LCD
language, Primary line*, call privacy**,
deskset name, and hold remainder.
*Primary line defines which line is
automatically selected each time you
pick up the corded handset or press
the speakerphone.
**Call privacy defines whether other
extensions can barge in to join a call in
progress.
Program the desired telephone
numbers or extension numbers into the
speed dial keys.
Display a website for you to get extra
support.
Display ring group status, and
the extension number of a paired
accessory.
Reset all settings of the deskset to the
factory default.
