Check carefully to make sure there are no missing or Slip the covers (G1) over the legs (B1, B2). Attach the arm defective parts.
- Page 3 STEP 4 STEP 7 Tighten the bolts (A1) using the Allen key (A8). “L” dimensions should be equal. Attach plate (G7, G8) using bolts (A2), knobs (G6), A2x2 A3x2 A3x2 A4x2 washers (A3, A4, A5), and nuts (A6). Tighten using Allen key and wrench (A8, A9, A10).
- Page 4 STEP 10 STEP 13 Attach the lower shelf (B6) using bolts (A7) Turn the bottom nut counter-clockwise to loosen. Turn the top and the Allen key (A8). nut clockwise to tighten. NOTE: Make sure all casters are at the same height. If the casters are not at the same height, they can be adjusted as shown in figure 1 and 2.
