P14 Account Number Control
Program P14 is used to enter account numbers, clear account num-
bers, change an account number, or print all account numbers.
For printing the data, an optional counter commander SF-EA13 is
needed. (See page 23 for instructions to print.)
When P14 is entered, the following message will appear.

To enter account numbers
1.
Press key 1.
The following message will appear.
<P021>
INPUT AN ACCOUNT NUMBER TO BE ASSIGNED.
ACCOUNT # –––––, PRESS START TO ENTER.
2.
Enter a 5-digit account number.
3.
Press the START key.
If a number that is already assigned is entered, the message
"THIS NUMBER IS ALREADY USED." will appear. Another
number must be chosen.
4.
To enter other account numbers, repeat steps 2 and 3.
Press the PROGRAM key to exit the program.
To clear account numbers
1.
Press key 2.
The following message will appear.

CLEAR ACCOUNT #: 1.ALL ACCOUNTS.
2.
To clear all accounts, press key 1. A message will
appear to confirm the selection.
To clear an individual account, press key 2 and follow
the message instructions.
<P025>
INPUT AN ACCOUNT NUMBER TO BE CLEARED.
ACCOUNT # –––––, PRESS START TO CLEAR.
3.
Enter the account number to be cleared.
4.
Press the START key.
5.
Continue with steps 3 and 4 for other account num-
bers. Press the PROGRAM key to exit the program.
