Parts and Hardware List Please read completely through the instructions and verify that all listed parts and hardware are present before beginning assembly. - Page 6 Assembly Instructions 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratches. 2. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Bottom Panel (C) and the Bottom Moldings (J, K and L) using a Phillips screwdriver.
- Page 7 Assembly Instructions 4. Attach the Bottom Back Stretcher (M) between the Bottom Side Moldings (K and L) by engaging two Cam Locks (1). 5. Attach the Bottom Front Molding (J) to the Bottom Side Moldings (K and L) by engaging two Cam Locks (1).
- Page 8 Assembly Instructions 6. Attach the assembled base to the bottom panel (C) by engaging the Cam Locks (1). 7. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Fixed Shelf (B), Bottom Panel (C) and Partition Panels (F and G) using a Phillips screwdriver. NOTE: DO NOT over tighten the cam bolts.
- Page 9 Assembly Instructions 8. Glue the Wood Dowels (3) into the side holes of the Panels (D, E, F, G and B), Middle Crossbar (H) and Middle Stiles (I). 9. Attach the Middle Stiles (I) to the Partition Panels (F and G) respectively with three 25 mm Screws (6) in each.
- Page 10 Assembly Instructions 10. Attach the Middle Crossbar (H) to the Fixed Shelf (B) by engaging three Cam Locks (1). 11. Attach the Fixed Shelf (B) between the Partition Panels (F and G) by engaging four Cam Locks (1).
- Page 11 Assembly Instructions 12. Attach the Partition Panels (F and G) to the Bottom Panel (C) with four 50 mm Screws (8). 13. Attach the Side Panels (D and E) to the Bottom Panel (C) by engaging the Cam Locks (1).
- Page 12 Assembly Instructions 14. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Top Panel (A) using a Phillips screwdriver. NOTE: DO NOT over tighten the cam bolts. 15. Ask for assistance to place Top Panel (A) onto the inserted wood dowels on the vertical panels properly and fasten it in place with the Cam Locks (1).
- Page 13 Assembly Instructions 16. Ask for assistance to lay down the assembled unit at its front edges. 17. Using the pilot holes as a guide, attach two Straight Metal Brackets (9) at the joints where the Middle Crossbar (H) meets the Middle Stiles (I) with four 12 mm Screws (4). 18.
- Page 14 Assembly Instructions 21. Attach one Handle (11) to the front side of each Door (P) with the Handle Bolts (12). 22. Stand the assembled unit upright. 23. Pick up one Door (P) and attach the extended hinge arms to the hinge bases installed on the Left Side Panel (D).

- Page 16 Assembly Instructions 27. Open the Doors (P) and insert four Shelf Supports (13) into the desired holes inside each side compartment. Make sure you place the four shelf supports in the same level so the shelf is not tilted. Rest the adjustable Shelves (N) onto the Shelf Supports (13).

Lift the fireplace insert carefully into the back of the assembled mantel and center it in the opening. drag the insert across the Bottom Panel (C) as it may scratch the unit. 31. Use the pilot holes as a guide, fasten two L-shaped Metal Brackets (10) onto the Firebox Support (O) with four 15 mm Pan Head Screws (7).

Ask for assistance to position the assemble fireplace at the desired location against a wall. If necessary, adjust the pre-attached Floor Levelers at the bottom of the Bottom Front Molding (J) to correct the tilting and level the doors.
