Parts and Hardware List Please read completely through the instructions and verify that all listed parts and hardware are present before beginning assembly. - Page 5 Assembly Instructions NOTE: DO NOT fully tighten all cam locks and bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go back and fully tighten all cam locks and bolts. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
- Page 6 Assembly Instructions 4. Glue the Long Wood Dowels (3) into the inner holes on the Lower Side Panels (G) and Middle Crossbar (L) as shown. H/ I 5. Attach one Lower Side Panel (G) to the Lower Left Side Molding (H) by engaging three Cam Locks (1). (Refer to page 2 on Cam Lock system operation supplement).
- Page 7 Assembly Instructions 7. Using the pilot holes as a guide, attach two Mending Plates (13) to the Middle Crossbar (L) with one 12 mm Screw (4) per plate. Wood Dowels face upward H/ I 8. Attach the Middle Crossbar (L) between the Lower Side Moldings (H and I) by inserting two 12 mm Screws (4) through the installed Mending Plates (13) and screw into the Lower Side Moldings (H and I).
- Page 8 Assembly Instructions 9. Ask for assistance to lay down the assembly at its back edge. 10. Glue the Long Wood Dowels (3) into the inner holes on the Lower Side Panels (G) and Lower Side Moldings (H and I) as shown. 11.

Place the Media Shelf (C) onto the inserted wood dowels on the vertical panels (G, H and I) and Middle Crossbar (L) properly and fasten it in place by engaging eleven Cam Locks (1).
- Page 10 Assembly Instructions 16. Securely screw six Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Media Shelf (C) using a Phillips screwdriver. 17. Glue the Long Wood Dowels (3) into the inner holes on the Upper Side Panels (D) and Upper Partition Panels (J and K) as shown.
- Page 11 Assembly Instructions The pilot holes face outward 18. Glue two Long Wood Dowels (3) into the inner holes on each Magnetic Catch Holder (S). 19. Attach the Magnetic Catch Holders (S) to the Upper Side Moldings (E and F) respectively with two 50 mm Screws (9).
- Page 12 Assembly Instructions Magnetic catches face outward 21. Using the pilots holes as guide, fasten the Magnetic Catches (11) to the Magnetic Catch Holders ( S) with four 15 mm Pan Head Screws (6). The magnetic catches are located at the upper D/E/F 22.
- Page 13 Assembly Instructions Cam Locks face inward 23. Attach the Upper Partition Panels (J and K) to the Top Panel (A) by engaging four Cam Locks (1). 24. Insert the 32 mm Bolts (20) with the Washers (21 and 22) through the cleats on the Upper Partition Panels (J and K) and screw into the Upper Side Moldings (E and F).
- Page 14 Assembly Instructions D/E/F 25. Ask for assistance to position the previous assembly onto the Media Shelf (C) and attach it place by engaging six Cam Locks (1). 26. Now, go back and securely tighten all the cam locks and screws. Make sure that all the parts are tight and there are no gaps between the parts.

Using the pilot holes as a guide, fit two Metal Brackets (15) to the side plates of the fireplace insert and fasten them into place with four 12 mm Pan Head Screws (23).

- Page 19 Assembly Instructions 39. Attach the Long Corner Support (Q) to the Top Corner Extension (B) with one 12 mm Bolt (19). 40. Align and attach the assembled corner extension to the Top Panel (A) and the Base (M) with four 12 mm Bolts (19).
