Parts and Hardware List Please read completely through the instructions and verify that all listed parts and hardware are present before beginning assembly. - Page 6 Assembly Instructions 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratches. 2. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Bottom Panel (C) and the Bottom Moldings (J, K and L) using a Phillips screwdriver.
- Page 7 Assembly Instructions 4. Attach the Bottom Back Stretcher (M) between the Bottom Side Moldings (K and L) by engaging two Cam Locks (1). 5. Attach the Bottom Support (U) to the Bottom Front Molding (J) by engaging one Cam Lock (1).

Now, go back and tighten all Cam Locks and Screws, make sure that all the parts are tight and there are no gaps between the parts, this will help keep the unit square. 21. Pick up the Middle Back Panel (Q) and align the drilled holes against the upper long edge with the pilot holes on the back stretcher of the Top Panel (A).
- Page 15 Assembly Instructions 24. Stand the assembled unit upright. 25. Pick up one Door (P) and attach the extended hinge arms to the hinge bases installed on the Left Side Panel (D). Loosen the bolt on the back of the hinge base for an easy fit. Align and insert the “U” slot on the hinge arm under the bolt head on the back of the hinge base.
- Page 16 Assembly Instructions 29. Open the Doors (P) and insert four Shelf Supports (13) into the desired holes inside each side compartment. Make sure you place the four shelf supports in the same level so the shelf is not tilted. Rest the adjustable Shelves (N) onto the Shelf Supports (13).

Lift the fireplace insert carefully into the back of the assembled mantel and center it in the opening. drag the insert across the Bottom Panel (C) as it may scratch the unit. 33. Use the pilot holes as a guide, fasten two L-shaped Metal Brackets (10) onto the Firebox Support (O) with four 15 mm Pan Head Screws (7).

Ask for assistance to position the assemble fireplace at the desired location against a wall. If necessary, adjust the pre-attached Floor Levelers at the bottom of the Bottom Front Molding (J) to correct the tilting and level the doors.
