54 Safety Consideration
Caution
Do not use a power cord other than the one provided with
the External AIT.
Using a power cord that is not rated for use with the External AIT
to plug the device may result in fire. Also, using a damaged
power cord to plug the device may result in electric shock or fire.
To prevent this, please observe the following precautions.
• Do not unplug the power cord by pulling the cord.
• Do not bend, twist, knot, or secure the power cord with staples,
nails, etc.
• Do not cut the power cord.
• Do not use chemicals on the power cord.
• Do not place any object on the power cord.
• Do not modify, convert, or repair the power cord.
• Do not use damaged power cords. If your power cord is
damaged, promptly replace it for another one with the same
rating. Refer to your dealer or service center for details about
replacement power cords.
