If you hear a beep to indicate that the radio is
expecting a response from you to acknowledge that
you are safe:
Press any key.
Otherwise the radio will activate emergency mode.
An additional emergency entry delay may be
programmed which allows you to press the up or
down key within a programmed time (usually 10
seconds) after the response time expires to delay the
emergency action.
You now have the opportunity to turn the radio off and
on to cancel the loneworker alarm.
The emergency action can be delayed only
once.
