  • Page 4 Hanging bracket positioning: When you first open the Trinity Beam carton, you will notice that the hanging bracket is placed on back of the unit, this is for installation set up (fig 1). For mobile rigging use, please attach the extra brackets (included in the carton) to the additional screw holes on the side of the fixture (fig 2).

  • Page 6 Equinox Trinity Beam Laser DMX control mode DMX Control Mode Operating in a DMX control mode environment gives the user the greatest flexibility when it comes to customising or creating a show. In this mode you will be able to control each individual trait of the fixture and each fixture independently.
  • Page 7 DATA Cable (DMX cable) requirements (for DMX operation): • The Equinox Trinity Beam laser can be controlled via DMX-512 protocol. The DMX address is set on the back of the unit. Your unit and your DMX controller require a standard 3-pin XLR connector for data input/output (figure 1).

Laser light sources differ from normal light sources in that they can produce very intense beams of light that can remain parallel over long distances.

Class 3B laser devices can be harmful to eyesight if viewed directly. i.e. that is, the beam or effect strikes the face of a person. The actual injury that a Class 3B laser can cause depends upon a number of factors, including how long the laser beam enters the eye for, the intensity of light, and what part of the eye it actually gets focused onto.

These features are laid out in the British Standard on Laser Product Safety BS/EN 60825- 1:2007 and are a requirement of the product meeting CE approvals.
