    • All wiring connections should be made by following the appropriate wiring code(s). WARNING When installing in a hazardous area, be sure to install your Ultima with Digital Output Gas Monitor according to National Electrical and local procedural codes. Failure to do so can result in serious personal injury or death.

    • For all models, ensure that there are at least 7 volts DC at the sensor for proper operation. • An external power supply may be required for the Ultima with Digital Output Gas Monitor if the distance is very large or if a number of sensors are to be used.

    Modules (except the combustible models) are supplied with 50 feet of cable. This cable has a connector on one end which plugs into its mate within the Ultima with Digital Output Gas Monitor/Less Sensor. The other end of the cable can be cut to the exact length needed.
