6. After completing the test, close the screw on test

Check the test connector for gas tightness.

Please note
The use of leak detection spray can result in
faulty operation.
Leak detection spray must not come into
contact with electrical contacts.
Note
Only use suitable and approved leak detection
agents (EN 14291) and devices for the tightness
test. Leak detection agents with unsuitable constit-
uents (e.g. nitrides, sulphides) can cause material
damage.
Remove residues of the leak detection agent after
testing.

1. Determine the pressure differential across the gas
filter. For this, determine the pressure differential
between test connectors

page 26.

p > 10 mbar, clean the filter.

2. Cleaning the filter
Close the gas shut-off valve. Unscrew inlet flange
from the gas train.
3. Undo screws, remove the filter.
4. Carefully clean the filter with compressed air. If
necessary, replace the filter.
5. Reassemble the gas train in reverse order using
new gaskets.
