Checking all gas connections for soundness

1. Insert new gaskets in all gas
fittings that have been opened.
2. Open the gas shut−off valve.
3. Check the inlet seals of the gas
combination valve for soundness.

Implementing a final test

1. Carry out all tests in the order of
the service report.
2. Record the actual values in the
service report (see from page 47).

Operating and service documents

1. Complete and detach the
customer registration card:
H Hand the system user this part
for safe−keeping.
H Retain this section for the
heating contractor.

4. Start the burner
(see page 8).
5. Check the outlet seals of the gas
combination valve for soundness.
Note
The flue pipe must be sealed at the
flue outlet. Infiltrating air leads to
false measurements.
2. File all parts lists, operating and
service instructions in the folder
and hand this over to the system
user.
The installation instructions are no
longer required after the
installation and, therefore, do not
need to be retained.
