- Page 3 These instructions assume that the appropriate ground sleeves have been correctly installed: • The PVB-1300 will fit most 3’’ inner diameter ground sleeves. • The inside bottom surface of the ground sleeves must be at least 8” below floor level.

- Page 6 Assembly Instructions: 13. Attach the loop on one end of the bottom cord to the S-hook on one of the bottom sliding collars. Thread the other end through the Clam Cleat fitting, as shown. Pull the free end of the cord to draw the bottom cord taunt. Next, tie off the six (6) side cords around the uprights, making sure the net is approximately centered within the playing area.
