CAUSE
High ambient temperature.
Insufficient cooling air.
Dirty, blocked aftercooler (cooling air side). Clean or replace.

Panels or doors are not closed properly.
Air leaks from internal pipework /
components.
Blower or blower motor bearings worn.
Loose debris impacting on blower during
rotation.
Blowdown valve stuck open.
Pressure relief valve not seating correctly.
Vibration due to motor, airend or blower
imbalance.
Airend requires repair.
Scavenge pipe is blocked, broken or o-ring
is not sealing.
Separator element is punctured, or
incorrect, or requires changing, or not
sealing correctly.
Incorrect coolant has been added.
System has been overfilled with coolant.
Aftercooler not functioning correctly.
Moisture separator drain trap faulty.
Continuous low speed / low ambient
operation causing condensate build up.
Compressor operating above rated
pressure.
Separator filter element dirty or blocked.
Voltage supply is low or unbalanced.
Airend is damaged.
Coolant system leak.
