CAUTIONS FOR USAGE

The closing speed will be varied with the change of temperature and the usage.
When you open the seat and cover, open them completely or the soft close function
will be affected.
The seat and cover may close fast and could cause injury.
Soft Close Toilet Seats can take up to 30 seconds to close.
Do not force the closing mechanism as this may result in damage.
The fixings of your seat may require re-tightening occasionally depending on use.
Do not stand on the toilet seat or place heavy items on it as this may scratch or break
the seat.

the soft close toilet seat and lid are loose. I have removed the seat and lid and tried tightening the screw but it is not catching on anything underneath. What do I do now
