Repair of LED circuit
Repair LED circuit with Non-insulated terminal and Polyolefin tube (inner diameter 4mm) as drawn.
Put Non-insulated terminal protected by Polyolefin tube in the position in Fig. 7-2 after repairing.
Cut the lead wires of LED circuit to the appropriate length so that they are fit into Motor housing set in the position in Fig. 7-2.
Remove and repair Polyolefin tube of the lead wires of LED circuit if necessary. However, do not remove Polyolefin tube in the
range between the rib F and LED circuit in Fig. 7-2.
Crimp with
Non-insulated terminal.
