Step 2. Contact your distributor, sales representative, or Advantech's cus-
tomer service center for technical support if you need additional
assistance. Please have the following information ready before
you call:
- Product name and serial number
- Description of your peripheral attachments
- Description of your software (operating system, version, appli-
cation software, etc.)
- A complete description of the problem
- The exact wording of any error messages
Packing List
Before setting up the system, check that the items listed below are
included and in good condition. If any item does not accord with the
table, please contact your dealer immediately.

• 6 x Panel mounting clamper
• 6 x Panel mounting screw
• 1 x 3-Pin power connector
• 1 x TPC RISC series support CD
• 1 x 9-pin to 9-pin null modem cable
• 1 x Microsoft Windows CE end user license agreement*
• 1 x 1.8 meter USB client - USB host cable
• 1 x 6 cm single DB-9 to dual DB-9 serial ports shunting cable
* Only available in the model bundled with Windows CE OS.
