BIOS Setting Description
Setup Prompt Allows user to configure the
Timeout number of seconds to stay in BIOS
setup prompt screen.
Boot NumLock Enables or disables NumLock
State feature on the numeric keypad of
the keyboard after the POST
(Default: On).
Quite Boot Determines if POST message or
OEM logo (default = Black
background) is displayed.
Fast Boot Enables or disables Fast Boot to
shorten the OS boot process.
(Default: Disabled).
Boot Mode Specifies which mode will be used
Select for booting
Boot Option Specifies the overall boot order
from the available devices
