NETA-21 does not send parameter history logging to the
digital services
CAUSE:
The parameter history logging settings of NETA-21 are disturbed/changed whenever
DDCS network is disturbed (new are drives added, drives are removed, the drive node
address has changed).
SOLUTION:
Reconfigure the parameter history logging for each drive when the DDCS network
gets disturbed. Run logging templates again. Refer to
installation
on page 44.
Make sure that there are no blank parameters configured in the logging.
If the problem persists and NETA-21 was upgraded from a previous firmware version,
do a full system re-installation by using the RESTORE.N21 file and the IPS packages.
Note that the IP addresses and drive connections need to be reconfigured.
Warnings or faults show up in the Tool settings/Events
tab after installation
CAUSE:
Part of the Ability Remote Assistance installation (IPS) package failed.
SOLUTION:
1. Reinstall the *.ips package: Navigate to Settings  Tool settings  Packages (tab)
2. Install the rspinst.ips or rcminst.ips file again. Refer to
43.
