6. After you save the settings for ETH1 interface, use the available port in the fieldbus

adapter module and connect the ACS880 drive to NETA-21. See below figure.

7. Add the configured fieldbus adapter module's IP address to Ethernet devices list. To

add, click Add button and enter the IP address.

8. Click Create device.

Note: When you configure multiple devices in the same NETA-21, make sure that you

use a different subnet for the Ethernet network that is used for ACS880 drives and the

cellular router connection. Usage of same subnet can cause issues in detecting the

ACS880 device. Change the subnet and IP address of each drive accordingly in the

fieldbus adapter module's Ethernet port settings. Se parameter group 51 FBA A

settings.

To connect multiple ACS880 devices to NETA -21 through Ethernet, use a hub or

switch. Configure all the drives to be on the same subnet, connect all of them to the

Network and drive connectivity configuration 41
