B. Pre-Start Up

Is there any shipping damage?

If so, where? ________________________________________________________________

Will this damage prevent starting the unit?

Check Power Supply, does it agree with data sticker on air conditioner?

Has the ground wire been connected?

Has the circuit protection been sized and installed properly?

Controls

Are the thermostat control wiring connections made and checked?

Are all wiring terminals (including main power supply) tight?

If unit has a crankcase heater, has it been energized for 24 hours?

On a 208/230 v. units is control transformer (24 AC) wired for correct voltage?

Condensate Section

Has water been placed in drain pan to confirm proper drainage?

Are correct filters in place?

Refrigerant Piping

If leaks are found, report any leaks to ICE Warranty Service Dept.
