8.1 Troubleshooting

Problem
No LED indicator is in on
All of the LED indicators are on on 2N
EasyGate IP
, there is no active call on the
line
(data LED is on as set in SIP settings).

does not log in.
No tone can be heard after off-hook.

does not communicate
with the PC via USB.

Check whether the switch is in turning-on
position 0/ . I
Check the power supply and battery status.
Turn off and on again, the LEDs should go
off in 3 s and indicate the current device
state.
Check the SIM card insertion.
Check the inserted SIM card for PIN
request.
Check the antenna connection.
Make sure that the installation site has a
good network signal.
Check the telephone line connection.
The device may not be initialized after the
start (approx. 20 s after power up).
Check the power and wireless failure
settings in the Service / Signaling folder.
Check whether the switch is in turning-on
position 0/ . I
Check the power supply and battery status.
Unlock USB using the RESET button if the
