TROUBLESHOOTING

Buzzer
Buzz once: Received instruction from controller.
Buzz twice: Auto operation when the user stands up
Buzz three times or more: Indication of malfunction.
Problem
No power.
No water comes out
while cleaning.
Cleansing water in not
warm enough.
Seat does not heat.
Seat and cover are
loose.
No response when
pressing the key.
Product 'Buzz' three
times and then turns off.
Possible Cause
The electrical outlet is not
connected to power supply
or the plug is not insert to
the bottom.
Low pressure of water
supply.
Water inlet filter blocked
Water temp setting is
incorrect..
Seat temp setting is
incorrect or the product is in
power saving mode.
Fixed bolts are loose.
Key fault.
The heater has entered self-
protection mode.
Troubleshooting
Check if the electrical outlet
is connected to the power
supply; press the reset key
on the plug.
Raise the water pressure.
Remove and clean the filter
according to the Cleaning &
Care section.
Readjust temperature.
Readjust temperature.
Tighten the bolts.
Reboot or contact
Kogan.com for assistance.
Check whether the water
supply to bidet is normal.
Disconnect the power and
wait 5 seconds and then
turn on the power again.
