TROUBLESHOOTING

Buzzer
Buzz once: Sit on seat condition, all the functions are available.
Buzz twice: Off the seat condition, parts of the functions are available.
Buzz three times or more: There are faults of the product.
Note: Buzzer only works when operate on remote controller or side button
or initialisation.
Issue
No power
No water comes out
while cleaning
Cleansing water in not
warm enough
Seat does not heat

The electrical outlet is not
connected to power supply
or the plug is not insert to
