Tip: If the use of extended addresses is activated in CV#29, the decoder does
not react to signals in Motorola format!
Tip: In order to program the function decoder area, you have to set RailCom to
"off". Programming the data for the RailCom area is done in a separate step with
RailCom set to "on".
