TROUBLESHOOTING

Most common problems are due to lack of simple maintenance or oversights, which can be
solved easily. Before contacting support, please carry out the checks listed below.
During operation the Start/Pause light flashes to indicate that the machine has
encountered a problem. Once the problem has been eliminated, press the Start/Pause
button to restart the program. If after all checks, the problem persists, contact
help.Kogan.com for support.

Drying cycle ends

Drum light does not

Possible cause
Plug is not plugged in.
Loading door is open.
Have you pressed the
button?
Wrong program selected.
Filter clogged.
Incorrect volume of laundry.
Sediment on humidity sensor.
Washing loaded is not
enough or washing load is too
dry for selected program.
Light bulb is defective.
Load volume is too heavy.
Solution
Plug dryer into power
outlet.
Close loading door.
Press the
button
again.
Select a different
program the next time
you dry.
Clean lint filter.
Observe recommended
loading volumes.
Clean humidity sensor.
Select high drying level
(e.g. Heavy instead of
Strong).
Replace light bulb.
Reduce load volume.
