BENZA WARRANTY

All "BENZA" SCARIFIER-REMOVERS have the following warranty periods:
- 24 months, for machines of private use.
- 6 months, for machines of professional use.
- 3 months, for machines rented out.
In all cases, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
The warranty periods commence as of the date on the machine's purchase slip.
The engine warranty is covered by the engine manufacturer.
The warranty will lose its validity whenever:
. Improper repairs have been performed by the user or any other person other than "BENZA" distributors.
. Non-original accessories or replacement parts have been used.
. There is a clear lack of maintenance or improper maintenance.
. Improper use or handling has occurred.
. Improper lubricants or fuels have been used.
The warranty does not cover:
. Normal wear and tear of the blades or any other machine parts.
. Normal machine servicing and maintenance.
. Indirect or direct personal injury or material damage caused by machine breakdowns or forced or prolonged
interruptions in the machine's use.
. The warranty is limited to replacement of the parts, without giving right to compensation for any damage
caused by defective parts.
