REPLACING THE OIL
FIG. 16
Tapón de vaciado
de aceite
The recommended oil for the engine is SAE10-40 or SAE 10-30
When the engine is new, replace the oil after the first 8 hours of use. It can then be replaced according to length
of time used. (Ranging from a maximum of 30 to 50 hours). Always check the oil level before using the machine,
filling it up to the top each time (p. 31).
Replace the oil while the engine is slightly hot, in order to better clean the engine crankcase.
1. Remove the oil drain cap (fig. 16)
2. Empty the crankcase by pouring all of the old oil through the drain hole.
3. Put the oil drain cap back in place. 4. Remove the oil filler cap.
5. Pour the fresh oil through the oil fill hole until it reaches the correct level. 6. Replace the oil cap.
NOTE: * Never use the machine without ensuring the engine oil has been filled to the correct level. Failure to do
so will ruin the engine over time.
*No matter how many times you replace the oil, it will never be a waste of money as it will only serve to prolong
the engine's lifespan.
· IMPORTANT: Please read the safety instruction box on p. 31 on the use of oils.
